How to consume

Due to bad eating habits, one has to face the problem of uric acid. The level of uric acid in the body increases when the kidney fails to filter it. Usually the job of the kidney is to filter uric acid and expel it from the body through urine. When uric acid starts forming in large quantities in the body and the kidney is unable to filter it, then the level of uric acid in the blood increases.

However, due to lack of information, many people ignore its symptoms. In such a situation, increased uric acid leads to many health problems like gout, joint pain and arthritis. It is very important to control uric acid in time. Various measures are adopted to control it. Along with doing yoga daily, include banana in the diet. This will easily control your uric acid.

Know how uric acid patients should consume bananas

Bananas contain a small amount of purines. Foods that lack adequate carbohydrate sources can increase your levels of ketone compounds and increase the concentration of uric acid in your blood. In such a situation, bananas will be very beneficial because they contain plenty of carbohydrates.

Men who consume a diet rich in vitamin C may be less likely to develop gout as they age. A large banana contains about 12 milligrams of vitamin C and this is about 13 percent of a man's daily requirement and 16 percent of a woman's. Therefore, consuming bananas will be beneficial. Because it does not reduce the level of uric acid significantly but keeps it normal.

Uric acid patients can consume bananas in different ways. You can eat 2-3 bananas daily. You can include bananas in a nutrient-rich breakfast. Mix it with plain low-fat yogurt. Apart from this, you can make a smoothie by mixing it with low-fat milk and drink it.
