22 Naxalites surrendered after a big encounter in Bijapur

Bijapur 26 Naxalites were killed in an encounter in Andri area of the district on Thursday. After this, fear has spread among the Naxalites. In this episode, 22 Naxalites surrendered on Sunday. Out of the 22 Naxalites who surrendered, 6 Naxalites had a reward of Rs 11 lakh on their head. These Naxalites include AOB division members, Telangana State Committee members, and platoon members. They surrendered in front of CRPF DIG Devendra Singh Negi and ASP Dr. Ulandon York. So far 107 Naxalites have surrendered in Bijapur.

30 Naxalites killed on Thursday
It is noteworthy that, on Thursday, 30 Naxalites were killed by security forces in Bastar division. In a major encounter in Bijapur district, the security forces caused heavy damage to the Naxalites. Here the soldiers have killed 26 Naxalites. At the same time, 4 Naxalites have been killed in Kanker district of Bastar division. A soldier was also martyred in this encounter. According to the information received, on the information of the presence of big Naxal cadres in the Andri forests of Bijapur Gangaluur area, the soldiers launched a big operation to surround them. bodies
of all the killed Naxals. At present, the soldiers have not been able to return from the spot. Weapons such as AK, SLR, INSAS, 303,315 bore, 12 bore, Bharmar etc. were also recovered from the encounter site.
