    Durg      Chief Minister Sai said that the Chandranahu Kurmi Kshatriya community has a glorious past. The community had majestic rulers like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and great personalities like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played an important role in the integration of princely states. He said that Chhattisgarh Chandranahu Kurmi Kshatriya community not only represents hard work and self-respect, but this community is also the pillar of Chhattisgarh's development. This community should contribute significantly in giving a new direction to Chhattisgarh and making it a developed state. 

The Chief Minister was addressing the Central Convention program of Chandranahu Kurmi Kshatriya community organized in Kolihapuri village of Durg district on Sunday as the chief guest. 



The Chief Minister further said that most of the people of Chandranahu Kurmi Kshatriya Samaj in Chhattisgarh are basically farmers. Also, they are involved in agriculture work on a large scale. The state government always wants to see happiness on the faces of the farmer brothers. The government is constantly working for the betterment of the farmer brothers. At present, the developed Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan is going on from 29 May to 12 June in the entire country including Chhattisgarh. The main objective of this campaign is to connect scientists directly with the farmers and give information about new agricultural techniques, government schemes and successful agricultural models. 100 groups of agricultural scientists are communicating with farmers through programs in different areas of Chhattisgarh. These scientists are making farmers aware about organic farming, correct use of fertilizers and soil health card. The Chief Minister said that the goal of the government is that every farmer of Chhattisgarh should be technically competent and their income should increase.



While praising the Kurmi community, the Chief Minister said that this community is an advanced farmer and business community, which is playing an important role in the development of Chhattisgarh. This community is not only a leader in farming and business, but is also educated and organized. He urged that the community should play an important role in realizing the vision of developed Chhattisgarh. He said that when a community is strong, the entire nation becomes strong. Strong construction of society and nation is possible only through education, service and awareness. Addressing the program, Revenue Minister Tankaram Verma said that those who unite the society and show the right path are always respected in the society. Today there is a need to make the new generation of the society cultured.



MLA Ajay Chandrakar and Lalit Chandrakar and Seed Development Corporation Chairman Chandrahas Chandrakar also addressed the program. Chandranahu Kshatriya Kurmi Samaj State President Vinod Chandrakar threw light on the objectives of the Central Mahavidhveshan in his welcome address. Officials and citizens of Chandranahu Kshatriya Kurmi Samaj were present on this occasion.
