The sacred land of Rajim, also known as Prayag of Chhattisgarh, witnessed a remarkable confluence of faith, culture and spirituality during Rajim Kumbh Kalp 2026. Organised on the holy banks of the Triveni Sangam, the grand cultural evening was illuminated by the devotional presentation “Suno Shri Ram Kahani” by noted actor Shri Arun Govil, widely revered for portraying Lord Shri Ram on screen. His soulful performance filled the entire premises with a divine atmosphere of devotion and reverence.

On this occasion, Shri Arun Govil met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and appreciated the grandeur and meticulous arrangements of Rajim Kumbh Kalp 2026. Chief Minister Shri Sai honoured him with a memento. Shri Govil remarked that Chhattisgarh’s rich cultural heritage, deep-rooted faith and the warm affection of its people made the experience truly unforgettable for him.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated that Rajim Kumbh Kalp is not merely a religious gathering, but a living celebration of the state’s Sanatan tradition, cultural legacy and spiritual consciousness. He emphasised that the state government remains committed to the preservation and promotion of faith, culture and tourism. Through such grand events, Chhattisgarh’s identity is being further strengthened at the national level.

The programme was graced by the presence of Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel, Culture and Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal, and Mahasamund MP Smt. Roopkumari Choudhary, Rajim MLA Shri Rohit Sahu, along with several public representatives, saints, and devotees.

It is noteworthy that Rajim Kumbh Kalp 2026 is providing a renewed national platform to showcase Chhattisgarh’s rich cultural identity, religious tourism and spiritual heritage.
