Despite being completely destroyed in the Israeli attack, Hamas terrorists have not surrendered, but have started to stand up afresh. According to a report by the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad, Hamas has started an effort to restore itself. So far, as many Hamas terrorists have been killed in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attack, it has started efforts to recruit and train as many new activists for its military wing. So that these new soldiers can replace the Hamas terrorists killed or injured in the war.
For this, Hamas is appealing to 18-year-old youth to join its organization. Hamas security officials have also started efforts to organize training for new terrorists recruited in recent times. Many such training camps have also been identified. These new soldiers being recruited by Hamas will replace the approximately 14,000 terrorists who have been eliminated by Israel in the war so far and more than several thousand have been injured.
Hamas is rebuilding itself throughout the Gaza Strip
A senior member of the security establishment says that all the destroyed military structures of Hamas are being rebuilt. Now Hamas is trying to rehabilitate itself throughout the Gaza Strip as before. Hamas is currently rebuilding itself in those areas of the Gaza Strip where Israeli troops are no longer present, such as the northern area of the Gaza Strip and the area of Khan Younis. According to the Mossad report, Khan Younis is a good example of Hamas' revival. Here not only the military structure is being rebuilt, but local control is also being restored two months after its 98th Division left the area.
Rebuilding roads from humanitarian supplies and taking responsibility for local policing
The presence of Hamas terrorists is taking responsibility for local policing and humanitarian supplies among the people in the local streets. The ruling branch of Hamas is also reestablishing itself. This is why the IDF has been putting special emphasis on eliminating members of Hamas' internal security apparatus in recent weeks. The IDF's (general security), counter-security, emergency committees and local police have eliminated approximately 50 Hamas commanders and senior officials in these bodies since the beginning of the war.
