The splendid view of Devphari waterfall situated in Korba block, around 60 or 65 km away from the city, attracts a lot of tourists. After seeing the scenic view here once, the view gets etched in the hearts and minds of the tourists in such a way that they definitely visit here to see this beautiful view again the next time they get a chance. They come here sometimes with their friends and sometimes with family members and see the water flowing at a very fast speed like milk and feel the sound of the water stream. The open environment around, the huge shining rocks standing still at one place and the feeling of peace and relaxation amidst the very clean water on the sand give more recognition to a place like Devphari waterfall.

Devpahari tourist spot in Korba district, which creates a sense of curiosity for tourists, is present in Lemru forest area. Long ago, despite the lack of good roads to reach here, Devpahari's identity came to the fore. Now that there is a paved road, tourists often visit here. Devpahari is the most favorite place of tourists during the winter season. Despite being about 60 kilometers away from the city, people come here to see the picturesque view. The special thing is that to reach Devpahari, tourists have to go through dense forests. During this, one gets to see the winding paths, mountains visible on the way, the lifestyle of tribal families living in the forest areas, their houses, small rivers and streams, which makes the journey to Devpahari more of a curiosity along with adventure for the tourists. Lovers of natural beauty like Devpahari waterfall very much. Seeing this natural environment, they do not stop without capturing this view in their camera.

Manohar Singh and his friends Jai Prakash, Guruvar, Sandeep Minj who came to visit Devphari from Udaipur say that they had heard a lot about Devphari. They had decided to visit this place long ago, but were unable to find an opportunity. After the decision was finalized at night, they left for Devphari from home this morning. They did not feel any tiredness while coming here, because they saw the surrounding mountains and beautiful scenery along with the forests on the way. On reaching Devphari, the little tiredness that they had was gone as soon as they saw the splendid view here. Kanhaiya of Rajgamar says that he has visited Devphari many times. He likes this place a lot. The beautiful view of Devphari is very good and beautiful for visiting with family.

Don't litter and don't be overzealous:

The beautiful view of Devphari waterfall gives a feeling of peace and relaxation. Along with watching this picturesque view, take memorable pictures here but do not cook food and spread dirt here. If you have brought food items with you, then take them back in a bag and throw them at the designated garbage place. The garbage thrown by some people, bottles, empty packets of chips and other food items increase the dirt here and also create trouble for other tourists. It would be better if you cook food from home and pack it in a bag and eat it after roaming around here, sitting at a good place. Devphari waterfall is as beautiful to look at as it is dangerous and risky. Many times, in extreme excitement, some people go to dangerous places. They start jumping into the water. There are dangerous and pointed rocks here, which are also slippery. No one has any idea of the depth of the water. In such a situation, jumping into the water in excitement, taking risks and going to dangerous places for selfies can become a danger for you. If you are taking small children along, you should be cautious and keep them under your supervision. Do not let them get into the water. Coming here after drinking alcohol and walking on the rocks can be very risky and even fatal. Do not come to this place at all during the rainy season.
