Prime Minister expressed grief over the demise of Kameshwar Chaupal

Prime Minister Modi condoled the demise of Kameshwar Chaupal. The Prime Minister said that Shri Chaupal was a devoted Ram Bhakt and had made his valuable contribution in the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

In a post on 'X', the Prime Minister wrote: "Extremely saddened by the demise of senior BJP leader and Trustee of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Kameshwar Chaupal. He was a dedicated Ram Bhakt who made valuable contribution in the construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Coming from a Dalit background, Kameshwar will also be remembered for his work for the welfare of the underprivileged communities of society. My condolences are with his family and supporters in this hour of grief. Om Shanti!"
